Policies

Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If this notice is not provided, non-refundable pre-payment is required for future appointments; payment for missed appointments may be required; the opportunity for rebooking may be denied.

15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and previously stated policy applies.

Wedding Bookings:

To book your big day and secure your date, you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
